House Rules (Canary Holidays)

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We can be flexible depending on availability.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Please leave the keys inside the property.

Lost Keys

• Lock Damage Lost key: €50
• Damaged lock: €100

Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations will be fined.

 Refund Policy

• No refunds for early departures or equipment failures due to weather or external factors beyond our control.
• Security and Valuables Management is not responsible for lost items.
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving.

Bathrooms

• Do not flush paper, sanitary products, cotton swabs, or any non-biodegradable material.
• Unclogging fees will apply.

Kitchen

• You’re welcome to use the kitchen, but please clean up after use.
• Do not leave trash behind.

Pool

• Available during the hours set by complex management.
• Use at your own risk.
• Children only under adult supervision.
• Keep the area tidy and noise levels low.
• Do not urinate in the pool. Respect others' enjoyment.

Guest Responsibility
